Here's what to do with all the stuff. Save the sed scripts in dead1.sed and dead2.sed. Save the encrypted dead files in {75,76,77,...,84}.enc. Then the following set of csh commands should fix everything up: % foreach x (*.enc) ? sed -f dead1.sed < $x | sed -f dead2.sed > `basename $x .enc`.lst ? end Sorry for the unkempt nature of things, sometime I will write some better routines for manipulating the little buggers. Did anyone ever pick ded.c off net.sources when I posted it last? I still find it fairly handy (it is a one line visual Grateful Dead playlist editor). 1975-1982 came to me through Jim Franklin who picked them up from Mr. Bill. I don't know if it was Mr. Bill's personal work or what, but many thanks to both of those people (neither of them is on the net). I was hoping to do some cleaning up of the lists before I posted them, but it is not clear that I will have the time before May and after May I may not be on the net (sigh). Are there any plans to meet at Frost? If so I'm game, although I will be sitting in the tapers pit. --Cliff [Matthews] {purdue, cmcl2, ihnp4}!lanl!unmvax!cliff {csu-cs, pur-ee, convex, gatech, ucbvax}!unmvax!cliff 4744 Trumbull S.E. - Albuquerque NM 87108 - (505) 265-9143
