Site 'desint' has been down for the past month due to a failed root disk.
Thanks to Cheryl Bien and her near-infinite spooling directory at TRW, no
mail was lost, but I am woefully behind in answering it.  If you have been
expecting to hear from me, please be patient while I catch up.
