After 5 days of downtime, the umcp-cs machine is finally alive once
again.  (And I will feel a lot more relaxed when our regular DEC
service guy gets back from cluster school... now I see how some
people could complain about DEC service.)

Anyway, it seems that no news or mail was lost locally; however,
mail routed through here may have been returned by our neighbors.
To all those sites with 3-day sendmail expirations: 3 days isn't
enough.
