	I do not know much about ELXSI, but I do know that they have a joint
venture with India's Tata's called TATA ELXSI based in Singapore for manu-
facturing/development of their computers. I know of a few engineers working
in the Computer Services Divisions of TELCO who were sent to Singapore
to assist in software development at Tata Elxsi. Every once in a while
Tata's have also brought out ads in India for Systems Software Engineers
to work in the Elxsi project in California. A few people were even selected
and are (were, I do not know of their status now) working at Elxsi.
