From reliable sources, I understand that raw bits will in fact perform a
natural lobotomy, and at a fraction of the cost.  Easy to do in your own
home - no mess, no hassles, no lengthy wait, no foul-smelling chemical
concoctions (unless you count the coffee over there that is *still* warming
