Message-ID: <508@lsuc.UUCP> Date: 13 Mar 85 19:06:57 GMT Date-Received: 13 Mar 85 19:06:57 GMT Organization: Law Society of Upper Canada, Toronto Lines: 12 I'm no adb wizard, but in the past (on other UNIX systems) I've used adb to traceback with $c. That would give me both the cause of the core dump (Quit, Memory Fault, IOT trap, etc.) and a traceback of routines. Under Edition VII I don't get the cause of the core dump. Is it accessible somehow? Dave Sherman -- {utzoo pesnta nrcaero utcs hcr}!lsuc!dave {allegra decvax ihnp4 linus}!utcsri!lsuc!dave
