	We have three V4.1 750s I have been trying to get proxy logins to 
work on. When the decnet is configured w/o any mention to proxys, the manual
says and NCP confirms that the node is set DEFAULT PROXY BOTH. The NETUAF.DAT
on all three machines is as follows:
 Node	Remote User	Local User

HAMLET::*		*
JULIET::*		*
ROMEO ::*		*

When any machine connects to itself the user's proxy account is used. When
any machine connects to a different machine the default decnet account it
used. Any ideas? Has anyone else seen this behavior?
