Our second 2400-baud modem has arrived, and has been installed on the
2581 line at the top of the hunt group.  This does mean that the hunt
group is no longer fully Vadic-compatible, although the new one does
speak 212 and 300.

At long last, we are no longer dependent on borrowed modems.
