David, it's not too hard to tell if someone is in a _serious_ hurry.
The serious speeders lean on their horns and flash blinkers and high
beams.  If someone does this to me, I get out of the way.  My posting
was aimed at the casual everyday speeder.  And don't try to tell me
that I can't tell the difference.  As to who gave me the right to
regulate the speed of everyone else, do you seriously think that cops
are the only ones responsible for seeing that laws are kept?  Do you
just _assume_ that whoever breaks them has a good reason?
