Lines: 11 To those "self righteous" folk who insist on staying in the passing lane while cars may be backing up behind them trying to pass, a "kind and friendly" police officer is within the law by ticketing you for impeding the flow of traffic. Aside from being unsafe, you are opening yourself up to "attack" by various people who feel that your self righteousness is interfering with their "right" to speed :-). In any event, courtesy on the road is not the law; it is just the civilized thing to do! Of course, if people wish to offend and insult while travelling on the roads, sooner or later they may get what they deserve. jeff@wjvax
