YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW TOO !!!!!!!! Have you never seen the signs which say "keep right except to pass". If you hog the left lane, you encourage drivers who may not have the same regard for the law that you do to overtake on your right, thus endangering other road users, and yourself when you do decide to move right. I have several times (my own fault for staying left too long) almost been in an accident as I moved right only to find there was another driver overtaking on my right side, whom I almost crashed into. The keep right except to pass, and 'overtake only to the left of the vehicle in front' regulations benefit everyone by making it more predictable that you will be able to move right and slow down when you please.
