Thanks to the many people who offered their advice and suggestions.
A letter is going to the manager of the Firestone on Melody Dr.,
the Firestone Consumer Affairs Dept., the Better Business Bureau,
and the Denver District Attorney Consumer Fraud Division.
I sure hope something good comes out of this.  Thanks again.
