Out here, the law is 'KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS'.  I was pulled over by a
state smoky for staying almost exclusively in the left hand lane.

My speed was 73-75 most of the time (the limit was 70 then, ah! the good
old days).  The smoky didn't care about my bending of the speed limit,
be he did care about my left lane occupancy ratio.

To all of you who feel good going 'THE SPEED LIMIT' and staying put
in the left hand lane, com'n out here and get a ticket.
