I have a copy of ``The Indonesian Kitchen '' by Copeland Marks together
with an Indonesian person whose name I cant remember.  I have made
just about everything in it and everything has come out great!
The recipes are EXTREMELY easy although BEWARE of his times which can be
off.  For Indonesian cooking, this cookbook is the best.
