You'd rather, "Will that be all, bozo"?  Seriously, 'sir' is probably
the least offensive name you can call a man whos name you don't know.

It makes a difference to the Coca-Cola Co. and they have been known to
threaten lawsuits against resturants that serve you Pepsi (or
whatever) without telling you when you order Coke. Defending their
trademark I presume.

DISCLAMERS:
	I am not trying to defend the policies or procedures of any
fast food resturant chain. (mostly I think they're twits too.)

	Coca-Cola, Coke, and Pepsi are all trademarks of companys
whose formal names I'm not sure of.
