More than just that, report to the State Atty General's Office that they are not aiding in enforcing the law. (It is actually the responsibility of the executive arm of gov't to enforce the law, not the market manager but he ought to help as opposed to obstruct.) I suspect the infidel could get a jail sentance for "obstruction of justice."
