	In an article in National Lampoon's True Section of ~ 2 years
ago, a man in Britain was saved because he was NOT wearing seat belts.
He was thrown from his car before it went over a cliff.  Afterwards,
he was fined for not wearing his seat belts!  (:-)  Good for a chuckle.
