The keyword here is "foolishly", and this entire subject is FOOLISH!!!!
What the hell is so damn hard about saying:

                   "No, thank you" ?????????????????

These three words obviously do not exist in some peoples limited 
vocabularies, so maybe some of the abusive people should learn something
new!!!
Maybe these same people like self abuse also because no matter how they
rant and rave about how they dislike the service or even the food for 
that matter, they will still go back.  If Pavlov could teach a dog to
salivate, why the hell can't these blithering idiots learn that they 
don't have to go back to McD's???!!!
Give the people behind the counters a break! If the roles were reversed
I'm sure all those people, who had fun abusing the people behind the 
counters, would think twice about doing it again.
