The closest thing the govenment has to its own size are several other foreign govenments, IBM and AT&T. It is by far easier for them to get away with picking on IBM and AT&T (look at what they've done too!), then it is with, say China or Russia. As for seatbelts, if you say you don't have to wear them when a law says you must, does this also mean that you don't want to obey other traffic laws as well because you don't like them? they are only for your own good.
