[Wanna see something REALLY scary?]

Argh! (growl grumble).  Well, a team of three relatively
good Infocom game players (including me) have been stuck
for some time trying to get the Babel fish early in HHGttG.
We've gone through the whole scenerio of having the fish
pass through the coat, on the towel, etc etc until the
upper-half-of-the-room cleaning robot gets it, and I now
believe that this is a red herring.  The most promising
strategy seems to be to lie down in front of the dispenser,
but pressing the button suddenly becomes a problem.  Any
hints on how to get one of these squirmy little things would
be greatly appreciated.

I saw a couple of requests for this info 2 weeks ago, but
the people querying must have gotten personal replies.
