It's been nice to see the discussion about how to fix hack for system v,
since I also had the EOF/VMIN problem.  I've posted a modified hack.tty.c to
net.sources.games.  It works on System V Release 2 (using termcap, not
terminfo.)  The rest of the source was fairly clean, except for a few typos
inside #ifdefs (s/external/extern).  It seems to need flexnames, so don't
bother with Vanilla System V, which doesn't have them.
