We need a Quality Control Engineer for a southeast Nebraska fiberglass
manufacturing concern.  The projected annual salary is in the area of
$30K, depending upon experience.

A Bachelor's degree is required in ME, EE, or ChemE.  Other experience
required is that of an administrative and technical background -- a 
managerial type.  A fiberglass background is preferred.

Duties include a full range of QC duties, including program design & 
development, training, direct supervision, composition and writing of policy
and procedure manuals.  This individual will report directly to the Pres-
ident, but needs to be communicative with all levels of personnel.
