Eaton Information Management Systems is located in Westlake Village, CA,
about 40mi north of Los Angeles in the Conejo Valley. This division 
has produced computer systems for the intelligence community of DoD since
the early 70's, including extensive Unix work beginning with V7.

The software R&D group is seeking candidates with all or some of the
following general qualifications:

	o MS/BSCS, BSEE, 2+ years experience; will consider MS/new-grad
	o Able to innovate and excell with minimal guidance
	o Unix sys III and V, C, Ada, Unify, 680x0 and Vax systems
	o Familiar with MS-DOS machines & graphics therein
	o DoD Protocols -- TCP/IP, FTP, NVT, etc; DDN, IMP
	o Milnet/Arpanet internals & BSD 4.x
	o Broadband LAN technologies and protocols (baseband helpful) 
	o Prolog, AI, KBS; knowledge base creation
