   This has also happened here in Socorro as well. Several semesters back
Ronald Mcdonald from the local outlet was found hung from the second story
of one of the campus buildings. Ronald was returned to the McDonalds place,
but when he was put back in place up against a fence, they surrounded him
with more fencing. He is now very much caged in.
