The manager of University Communications Systems here at
B.U. got a letter, whose return address was Kenneth M. Reiss,
(no company name), and marked, "PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL",
and addressed (the full name of our manager) Mng. (I'm not
sure he'd want me to use his name). Anyway, the letter turned
out to be a subscription ad for Sales and Marketing Magazine
(S&M Magazine? :-) ), and started out:

Dear Mr. Mng:   (!)


Oh, please, send us a dozen copies...
