I've heard a second-hand story of a guy who did exactly that after he was
dared to by one of his buddies. All he wore was shirt and shoes, and demanded
that he be served .. He was served .. But one would think that this guy
would go to some out of the way place (It was a McDonald's incidentally) to
do this dare -- but no, this guy goes to the neighborhood McD's where people
know him that either work there or go to eat there !!! No law officer in
sight, he got away clean (pun ?), but made quite a stir ..
To this day, the event is still talked about in his neighborhood ...
