Does anyone have code suitable for general use as library functions
that will do either of:

	1. Pattern matching for C-shell style filename globbing
	   (?, *, [sets], {string1,string2,...})

	2. Functional equivalent of the Unix regex library functions
	   (but re-usable without an ATT license).

Either public domain or for sale is of interest.  Thanks in advance.
