Dave - I think you may be thinking about the micro:<unix> directory at
SIMTEL20.  The Directory listing is in mocro:<unix>unix.crclst.  I don't
know of a specific C toolkit.

BTW, the NCR Tower runs System V.  (I use to play with it when it was
running V7.)
