I've just checked my copy of the "Phone Book" Inside Mac, and it has the same
problem.  Perhaps the good folks at Apple could post the missing pages?  If 
that's not possible (copyright, etc.), might there be some way that to provide
IM vendors with the missing info?  Some feedback from Apple would be helpful.
