There was quite a flurry of information in late Feb. and early March, but I've heard almost nothing since. I know DRI has demonstrated GEM on certain (blue) PCs. I peeked at net.micro.atari, and the Atari 130 is apparently out, but no one has actually *seen* the GEM based machine (although one mail-order house was taking orders....hmmmmm.) There was also a rumor/question concerning Atari possibly cancelling "some of their new products." The .68k and .cbm micro newsgroups had no info. My personal skepticism with regards to the price/performance claims for these machines is being reinforced by their failure to materialize. What's the latest? Anybody know? Andy Hogan Rosemount, Inc.
