	Here is a problem for someone who is REALLY up on the
	details of the PC's BIOS:
	   Sometimes, when you try to make the cursor 'go
	   away' by setting the start and stop scan line
	   to beyond the range that is displayed, it works,
	   and sometimes it doesn't.  (This also happens in
	   BASIC -- when you tell it not to display the
	   cursor [using the locate command], sometimes
	   it works, and sometimes it doesn't).
	
	Can anyone tell me why this is so.  Also, if someone could
	suggest a way to make the cursor disappear that ALWAYS
	works, it would be greatly appreciated (setting the cursor
	twice in a row usually works, but not always).
