The battery on my Quadram board died a short time ago (after 3 years of
use), so I called up Quadram to get a part number (my plan was to buy
one from a local supplier).  Quadram sent me a new battery free of charge,
despite the fact that I've been out of warranty for a *long* time.  It
got here in just a few days, and works like a charm.

Needless to say, I was impressed.  Just thought I'd pass that along.
