His great claim to fame (and probably his best role ever) is the leader of the "Replicants" in "Blade Runner" who come back to earth to try and find out if they can live longer than four years. He's also made a couple of real bombs, most notably "The Osterman Weekend" which was a really terrible film, but that was due to the plot, and not the acting.
