   Has anyone down there in the States heard of Gowan? He is a new musician
out of Toronto (nobodys perfect) who has been getting alot of airplay here
with the songs Criminal mind and Strange Animal, the title of the L.P.

   He has had an absolutely fantastic video directed by Rob Quarterly on the
song Criminal mind.

   Gowan is produced by David Tickle (Name ring a bell? also produces Peter
Gabriel) and the sound is very slick, but manages to remain unique.

   Do yourself a favor and pick this album up if you see it, you won't be
disapointed.
