I'm going to distribute it on paper to my local DeadHead friends. Unfortunately the buffer size on this machine (PDP11/44 running 2.9BSD) for sed was too small - it barfed on the sed scripts. But, it was a simple matter to break the scripts up into 9 sed scripts, each with one alphabet (26 commands) and then run a mother pipe to do the decoding.
