I received, some time ago, a very nice public domain spooler package from
John Collins, from across the Big Water.  His mailing address, at that time, was

decvax!mcvax!ist!inset!jmc.

Now, I've made a number of bug fixes and upgrades, and would like to offer
them back to him so *his* is the official version, but I'm getting no response
whatsoever from that address.  John, if you get this, could you send me
a note?  Or, if you're a friend of John (or just know how to contact him),
could you forward this to him?  I've a number of people who'd love this
package, and if I can't get hold of John soon, I'll redistribute (with
appropriate credit, of course), and then there'll be yet another version
of this stuff floating around...
