I have talked to the District Service manager involved with this particular incident, and he assured me that "the problem had been cleared up at their end". I will not hazard a guess as to whether the cause of the incident was a misunderstanding, or the act of an over-zealous sales person, but I think the net should know that it's not Tek policy. Can we lay this to rest now ?
