I propose a creation of net.nlang.asia.  I am a Japanese citizen living in the 
U.S. for four years and I would like to see a newsgroup to discuss the politics,
culture, travel information etc. of East Asia. I understand there is
net.nlang.india, so I really mean East Asia rather than Asia.  I also would
like to know how many of you folks are interested in creating net.nlang.japan.
I thought it might be too specific.  Please mail me any comment.
