I received a similar letter, when I was living in Louisville, Ky.--it went
something like this--
  Imagine your neighbors' surprise when you drive up Ormsby Court in your
new Pontiac...

My neighbors would have indeed been surprised--Ormsby Court is a pedestrian
courtyard!
