Just offer the food in the bowl at feeding time. If the dog doesn't eat,
remove the food after a few minutes. Repeat at each successive feeding
time. When the dog gets hungry enough, (s)he'll learn to eat out of the
bowl on schedule. Don't feed the dog at any other time.
