I received a call to day from a friend who related the following to me, if there are any inaccuracies please post to the net : Our California state government is considering has a bill (A.B. 2275) which requires that all programming work must be done by a corporation for a fixed amount. In addition, prior approval would have to be granted by a California State Employment Development Department. This would legally DISALLOW a person contracting with another party to do hourly programming. Programmers would have to be hired by a corporation to do any work.
