I forget) inscribed within a circle. But *no road name anywhere on the car*! Reporting marks were WLO 502900. Rebuilt date specified as "SLAW 3.84". Was this a Pickens car? My ConCor catalog shows a car with a logo like the one I described, listed as "Pickens", although in the picture it's decorated "PIKENS". Who is WLO? And who or what is SLAW?
