If you need a place to stay in San Diego for this summer or for the
next academic year, then you may be interested in joining our
co-operative non-smoking, vegetarian household (or just renting the house).

		* 1 block from beach (and underwater preserve)
		* free bus range to UCSD campus
		* 1 1/2 blocks from Scripps Institute of Oceanography
		* same rent year-round

Each room in this 5 bedroom/3 bath house is $325/month + 1/5
utilites.  First and last month's rent as well as a $162 security
deposit is required.  There is a fireplace, garden, BBQ pit, and
yard.  Furnishing can be arranged.
