     You are correct.  The Grand Wizard of the KKK is also named
     Don Black.  But as far as I remember, he was not implicated in 
     the IC invasion of Dominique.

     The Don Black of net.religion has claimed seven years of military
     experience and so would be the logical candidate for the invasion.
     However, I am far too busy to research my supposition.  Maybe some-
     one else can enlighten us at a later date.
