In order:

1)  I'm not quite sure about this one.  Many SF Fan Clubs and/or ST Fan Clubs
    include scripts and such as part of merchandising.  I've seen on several
    occasions Outer Limits scripts as well as hundreds of others offered.
    Check out different organizations.

2)  Much easier.  "The Inheritors" was written by:
    Sam Newman, Seeleg Lester, and Ed Adamson.
    Directed by James Goldstone.
