True.  There are also places in the US and overseas where prostitution is LEGAL.
This includes some counties in Nevada, parts of Germany, and some areas in
England (if memory serves me right).

True again.  And although all those people never heard of the Bible, they
probably considered themselves quite moral.

I have yet to hear a convincing reason why prostitution should be illegal. 
When are people going to learn that you cannot legislate morality?
