Women are pretty lucky to be able to get other women to go out dancing with them. It is not generally accepted for men to dance with other men. If I were to ask some of my male friends to dance, they'd probably look at me very strangely. The only time I've seen men dancing together is during breakdancing, and then it's usually dancing out a routine. I don't think I've ever seen men dancing casually with other men. Some men dance by themselves. I dance by myself very rarely, because I get overly self-conscious -- I feel like everyone is looking at me and wondering why I'm not dancing with someone. It's tough on men who like to go out dancing but can't find women to dance with them, because they are happy dancing with other women. I find the best thing is to get a bunch of people together who like to dance and just go out dancing, it's easier than trying to meet people at dance clubs. -- ... hey, we've gotta get out of this place, there's got to be something better than this ...
