Bob is completely out of line because, in the first place, Rich doesn't show any indication of being afraid to ask women out or having any other problems, let alone blaming American women for them! In the second place, Bob's characterization of foreign women as golddiggers is ignorant and degrading and calls for an apology. In the third place, I happen to like assertive women myself, because I find it a lot more stimulating and fun to have an equal relationship than one where I call all the shots.
