Gee whiz, Herb, haven't you been following all the subtle nuances of this
ever-evolving, informative debate on seatbelts in net.singles?  Just look.

See, it contains the word "date", so obviously it is of vital interest to
all the readers!  And we all know life is a game, so why not analyze it
with some game theory?  Obviously, this guy (is it OK to use that word in
here?) had some important social appointment with someone, which he forgot
because the gov't made him wear a seatbelt.  This forced him to read Ayn
Rand and become a Libertarian, thus a member of a minority, and
