Whaddaya mean it's pronounced "Halley-rhymes-with Sally"?  Wasn't it
named after the 50s rock-n-roll band, Bill Hailey and the Comets? :-)

I found the article by Roger Browne in Astronomy with the original
basic program.  The following is a quote:

	"Readers may download HALLEY.BAS from the
	CompuServe Public Access area.  You can
	find it using the browse function and the
	keyword ASTRONOMY or read it directly by
	using this command line:
	R HALLEY.BAS[74206,110]."
